Stone and Sage: Terms and conditions - shopping with us (the small print)
S&S dispatches can take up to 5-7 working days. We will always try and get your items to you as soon as possible. We will inform you if your items are held up, as customer service is really important to us.
Large items and international purchases will take longer. We will aim to get these out to you as soon as possible. It may take 7-14 working days. USA and Australia may take a little longer - again, we will pop you a message so you know when to expect your delivery.
If you need something quickly, require something for a special date or want your item to be posted as a ‘gift’, please let us know and we will endeavour to meet your needs. Gift wrapping is totally FREE. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or DM us on Instagram or Facebook.
Delivery & Responsibility:
Here at Stone and Sage, we know that postage can be a bit of pain! Unfortunately there are things which are out of our hands. Please be aware that S&S does not accept liability for any lost or stolen packages or notes left with neighbours and the postal man/woman. Please be mindful when you are expecting deliveries from us. We may check in with you to see if you have received your goods.
Gift Wrap (my fave bit!):
We will always gift wrap your purchases. If you have a special message for a loved one, please contact me and I can add that FREE of charge - going the extra mile is something that we really enjoy doing! Feel free to share your purchases from S&S via Insta and FB. Every little bit helps, and word of mouth is so valuable.
We always endeavour to use recycled packaging where possible. Please recycle and feel free to reuse.
Returns & Refunds:
Please do contact us if you wish to return any products or request a refund or exchange. We would be happy to help!
Refunds and exchanges can be requested up until the 14th day after receiving your goods. All items must be in the same condition as they were when they left Stone and Sage’s shop, and if you can, please ensure it is packed in the original packaging. If you are local to S&S we can always meet and I will collect. Please email email@example.com to request your refund or exchange.
