Stone and Sage: Terms and conditions - shopping with us (the small print)
S&S dispatches can take up to 5-7 working days. We will always try and get them to you as soon as we can. We will inform you if your items are held up, customer service is really important to us.
Large items and international purchase will take longer. We will try and aim to get these out to you as soon as possible. It may take 7-14 working days. USA and Australia may take a little longer, again we will whizz you a little message so you know when to expect your delivery.
If you need something quickly or require something for a special date!! or to be posted as a ‘gift’ please let us know and we will endeavor to meet your needs - gift wrapping is free (this is my favourite part) . Email S&S firstname.lastname@example.org or you can DM via Instagram or FB (social media advantages)
Delivery and Responsibility:
Stone and Sage knows postage can be a bit of pain!! However there are things that are out our hands. Please be aware S&S does not accept liability for any lost or stolen packages also notes left with neighbours and the postal man/ woman. Just be mindful when you are expecting deliveries from us! We may check from time to time to see if you have received your goods.
Gift Wrap: (my fav bit)
We will always gift wrap your purchases, if you have a special message for a loved one please contact me and I can add that FREE of charge - going the extra mile is something we enjoy doing and spreading some joy! Feel free to share your purchases from S&S via Insta and FB. Every little bit helps! Word of mouth is so valuable.

We will try our best to use recycled packaging please recycle! Feel free to reuse.
Returns & Refunds:
Please do contact us if you do wish to return any products or request a refund or exchange.

S&S Return Policy: We have to put this in place please do contact us, we will listen!
Refunds and exchanges can be requested up until the 14th day of receiving your goods. All items must be in the same condition leaving Stone and Sage’s Shop and if you can in it’s packaging it came in. If your local to S&S we can always meet and I will collect. Please return to;
