Shipping policy

 

Postage: 

S&S dispatches can take up to 5-7 working days. We will always try and get them to you as soon as we can. We will inform you if your items are held up, customer service is really important to us.

 

Large items and international purchase will take longer. We will try and aim to get these out to you as soon as possible. It may take 7-14 working days. USA and Australia may take a little longer, again we will whizz you a little message so you know when to expect your delivery. 

If you need something quickly or require something for a special date!! or to be posted as a ‘gift’  please let us know and we will endeavor to meet your needs - gift wrapping is free (this is my favourite part) . Delivery and Responsibility: 

Stone and Sage knows postage can be a bit of pain!! However there are things that are out our hands. Please be aware S&S does not accept liability for any lost or stolen packages also notes left with neighbours and the postal man/ woman. Just be mindful when you are expecting deliveries from us! We may check from time to time to see if you have received your goods.
